ORIENTED TO THE TRAINING OF MANAGERS AND PEOPLE WITH HIGH DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL, WILL BRING TOGETHER THE LATEST IN ADVANCED MANAGEMENT APPLIED TO THE FOOD SECTOR.
With the aim of promoting the development of talent in the Basque food chain, the Basque Government and HAZI, in collaboration with BASQUE FOOD CLUSTER are launching the Advanced Management Program in Food Companies (PADEA). This program has been designed in collaboration with Cámarabilbao and its partner ESIC Business & Marketing School, to train managers, managers and people with high potential, providing them with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary and specific for the management of companies in the food and beverage sector.
This new program arises from the need identified in the food industry to have a high-level management training, coordinated and unified, market-oriented and focused on consumers, very practical and 100% adapted to the food industry in the Basque Country.
The program will consist of 4 modules, developed in 8 full-day sessions that will combine academic knowledge with practice. Managers from companies such as Angulas Aguinaga, Campofrío, Estrella Galicia, Henkel, Bolton, Nutricion&Santé, Okin or Natra will share their experiences in the fields of sales, marketing, finance, logistics and talent management.
8 months of duration
During the 8 months that the PADEA will last, a careful selection of teachers from the ESIC Business School and Cámarabilbao will also pass through the BASQUE FOOD CLUSTER facilities, who certify the qualifications of this training coordinated by Iñaki Vidaurrázaga, a consultant with extensive experience in Food Management.
The program, which will begin on April 21 with the session on Brand Food Manager by Javier Portillo, Marketing Director of Campofrío and Gerardo Mochales, expert in the areas of Strategy, General Management, will have 20 places only, is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (FEADER) and is compatible with the FUNDAE.
