Exchange of experiences between operational groups on the subject of precision livestock farming

The EIP-AGRIOperational Groups (OGGs) projectsgenerate new knowledge and valuable experiences within the agri-food sector and rural areas. In this sense, the exchange and networking between them fosters mutual learning and promotes the application of solutions to common problems through innovation.For all these reasons, and with the aim of contributing to this interconnection,the PAC Network has designed a series of exchanges between GGOOEIP-AGRI, innovative projects, and other stakeholders linked to innovation, between May and October 2025,under different working themes.Specifically, this event will focus onprecision livestock farming.Objectives of the dayConnecting actors who are facing similar problems through innovation.Provide GGOOs with a platform to learn from each other’s experiences, innovations, and best practices.To facilitate the transfer and promote the visibility of the results obtained through Measure 16 of the RDP and the PNDR 2013-2022, and through Intervention 7161 of the PEPAC 2023-2027, so as to foster the generation of new ideas and the implementation of projects and solutions tested in one area in others. Participants will also be able to assess whether these innovations are applicable in their own regions.Facilitate communication between the GGOO and theprojects being developed within the framework of the EuropeanHorizon 2020research program on precision livestock farming.The eventwill bring together various operational groups and innovative projects, as well as other stakeholders in rural areas not directly involved (research centers, companies, cooperatives, etc.) but who may be interested in implementing the results obtained, replicating the project in other territories, or becoming part of a new group or project in the future.The event will beheldin person at“iHub La Vega Innova” (Camino de la Vega, s/n, 28830 San Fernando de Henares, Madrid)The organizers will provide a bus from Atocha to the “iHub La Vega Innova,” as well as a return bus at the end of the day.Attendance at the event isfree andprior registrationis required.We encourage you to register through the followingLINK!The registration period will endon May 14 at 12:00 am
