Vivimos en un entorno de muchos cambios e incertidumbre. Nuestros proyectos no terminan de cumplir con los deadlines. Nuestras peleas con la clientela y proveedores/as nos frustran y no nos ayudan a generar mejores resultados. Invertimos mucho tiempo en estimar y planificar los proyectos y cuando estamos inmersos en la ejecución, el/la cliente decide cambiar sus necesidades. ¿No lo podía haber pensado antes?
