IMPACTO DE LA LEY DE ENVASES Y RESIDUOS DE ENVASES EN LA INDUSTRIA CÁRNICA

ONTZI. PRESENTACIÓN DEL DIAGNÓSTICO SUBSECTORIAL INTRODUCTION El Reglamento de Envases y Residuos de Envases (PPWR), que entró en vigor el 11 de febrero de 2025, tiene como objetivo principal reducir los residuos de envases generados en la UE. Todos los sectores de la cadena de valor alimentaria se ven afectados por la entrada en vigor de esta nueva normativa. No obstante, el impacto no será homogéneo en todos los sectores. Por ello, desde ontzi | Basque Food Packaging Innovation Hub, hemos desarrollado diagnósticos subsectoriales que analizan dicho impacto. En este webinar se presentará el informe elaborado sobre el impacto de la ley en la industria cárnica, y la consultora medioambiental Grunver Sostenibilidad será la encargada de exponer las principales conclusiones obtenidas tras el análisis del impacto.
