COOPERATION Aid

Objetive

Grants to foment cooperation between, at least, two entities, for development in the agricultural, food and forestry fields of: creation and operation of Operative Groups in the Basque Country; developing new products, practises, processes and technologies; organising shared processes and sharing facilities and resources between small agents; selling and promoting products between agents on the distribution chain; developing conjoint actions to mitigate or adapt to climate change; sustainable supply of biomass for making food and producing energy and industrial processes; etc.

Targeting

• Operative Groups in the Basque Country for agricultural productivity and sustainability.
• Entities comprising an innovation team (consisting of at least two entities with natural personality or differentiated legal personality that do not have organic or functional interrelations, with holding by at least one entity belonging to the chain of value being essential).

Description

Direct subsidy for a percentage of eligible costs: (maximum 80%)

• The construction, purchase or improvement of immovable assets.
• The purchase, or financial lease with mandatory purchase option, of new machinery and equipment to the product’s market value.
• General costs associated with sections a) and b) (professional fees, consulting, feasibility studies).
• Purchase/development of IT programmes, purchase of patents and licenses.

The grant is limited until the date of project completion (maximum 2 years).
